新店、開拓
ポテサラを頼んだところ、少しお時間をとの返事だったので、忙しいのかと思いきや、このデコレーションに時間がかかる、との意味だったようです。
今日は、新店開拓とばかりに、以前からきになっていた上石神井のもつ焼、”なすの”に飛び込みました。
お店の雰囲気が良いのか、スタッフが若くてイケメンだからか、コテコテのもつ焼やなのに若い女性客が多い、ちょっと意外なお店です。
カウンターで隣のお客と大将の会話を聞いていると、お店を開いてもう5年とのこと。また一つ、止まり木が増えました。

上石神井駅の南口、店構えから引き付けられるように入店したお店、「なすの」。ブログを更新する段階で2015年の訪問がありましたので、今回が再訪問となります。
もつ焼きの定番、たん、はつ、レバ、の三点セットをタレで頂きます。
ホッピーと共に定番セットを頂き、もつ焼きを堪能します。
