西武新宿線上石神井駅南口の飲食街に佇む
鳥料理専門店のととこやで昼ごはん。
店内は照明を落としたシックな雰囲気で、
入り口右にテーブル席、
左に厨房とカウンター席の構成。
厨房とカウンター席の間仕切りは
忍者と鶏の影絵照明で、

◯チキン南蛮定食
チキン南蛮（チキンなんばん）は、小麦粉と溶き卵を絡めた鶏肉を油で揚げ、甘酢（南蛮甘酢ダレ）に浸した宮崎県延岡市発祥の日本の鶏肉料理。タルタルソースを掛けて提供されることも多い。by Wiki
鶏肉は柔らかく、
レモンを掛けて
甘酢とタルタルソースを絡めて食べれば、
至福〜。
こちらのタルタルソースは玉子の存在が薄く、
さらっとしてて酸味よりミルキーな甘味を感じる
個性的な味わい。
これはこれで美味しいね。
汁物は味噌汁ではなく溶き卵の清汁で、
小鉢はチョイ酸っぱい蓮根の煮物。

適正価格だ。
次回はもっとボリュームが有る
