ようやく見つけた
大泉学園前にあったお気に入りの焼肉店が閉店して早5年、家近で納得のゆく焼き肉店になかなか出逢えず、ヤキモキしていたところ、上石神井に「やるな」と思わせる焼き肉店発見。山形牛のアンテナショップなのか、なかなか雰囲気も悪くない中で、国産牛を堪能。
初々しい従業員の教育指導も、店長はじめ、しっかりとされている気配。
全般的にクオリティが高いと思われるが、「ここが勝負」と思えるような、キーの食材を、もっと前面にアピールすべきである。奥ゆかしさは東北の良いところではあると思うが、飲食店ではもっとアピール必要。

コロナ禍で相当苦しまれている飲食店が数多ある中で、このお店が再開できるかどうか、やきもきしていたが、再開直後に店がいっぱいだったのは、同じ想いの常連さんたちがいたからだったと思われる。
以前と同様の美味しさに、胸いっぱいになったが、特に「肉寿司」のボリューム感がアップしていたのが印象的！ぜひ今後とも上石神井を見捨てず、頑張ってください。
