twitter ID: jigenace777 Instagram ID: jigenace777 I heard that there is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Kami-Shakujii where you can enjoy Yamagata beef, so I went to see it. A few minutes walk from the south exit of Kamishakujii Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. It's quite a striking appearance. Both the table seats and the small seating area are smokeless roasters. Only the table in the back is not a smokeless roaster. ◆ Straight ribs (950 yen + tax) These are not Yamagata beef. It gives a hard impression as a short rib. ◆ Yamagata beef tasting set (1,598 yen tax included) Fillet fillet, loin, tie, sirloin Fillet and loin are tough. The pleasant texture was a tie. The sirloin is greasy, but it doesn't seem bitter. Or rather, is this what Yamagata beef tastes like? Although there are individual differences, the Yamagata beef that I know is even more delicious. ◆Assorted Kimchi (734 yen including tax) It's a decent amount of horse mackerel. ◆Rice (302 yen including tax) Isn't this price high for a bowl of white rice? ◆Hoppy (518 yen including tax) A weak shochu flavor. I would like you to use Kinmiya. There's nothing particularly impressive about the taste or CP. I want to eat more delicious Yamagata beef. On this day, I was seated at a smokeless roaster in the back, so I ended up smelling Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on my body. Is it not possible to attach a duct?
