ジムの後に日曜日恒例の西武新宿線上井草駅ランチ。
今回は南口直ぐのビルの1階にある中華食堂へ。
120分限定の食べ飲み放題などの看板が目立っている。看板は目立っていたけど、お店は奥まった所にある。
店内は更に奥まってて、
入り口右に縦に4席4席のテーブル席で、
奥に横並びで2席、4席、8席、
最奥が厨房とカウンター6席の構成で、
逆L字型の店内になっている。
大陸系のミドルエイジのご夫婦？での営業だ。
ボクは2人席に座って、
ランチメニューのナスの味噌炒めセットを注文した。
先客の◯◯田大学のスポーツ部の男性8名グループは
飲みから始まり料理オーダーはまだだったので助かった。
待つ事5分での提供。
見た目からして濃厚でこってりのナス味噌炒め。
食べてみてもこってりだけど、
甘過ぎなく熱々なのが良いね。
ナスは歯応えが有る仕上がりでこれも良し。
ただ豚肉が硬めで量が少ないのが残念だ。
溶き卵とわかめのスープがナス味噌の濃い味のリセットに好都合。
それに冷奴、ザーサイが付く。
ザーサイは癖なく、
ご飯はほかほかで適度に粘り気が有って美味しかった。
ご飯はおかわり自由なので半分の量でお代わり。
2杯目は炊き立て？更に熱々で、
半分にしては量が多かった。
でも美味しいから難なく食べられた。^ ^
