お店の人達の愛想が良かった
前から来ようと思ってたが、雰囲気が微妙なので静観してたお店。
何でも昨年秋ごろ、別の経営になったとか__
言われてみれば、店名が変わってるし、雰囲気も違うし。
そんな思いを秘め、嫁さんとお初の訪問です。
週末でしたが、カウンターが空いててうまく入店。
内観は元のお店が昨年オープンして居抜きでしょうか。綺麗なままです。
焼き鳥やサラダを頂きました。
焼き加減がちょうど良くうまかった！
３人で調理とホールをやってるからかなり忙しそう。
しかし、愛想はいいし一生懸命さが伝わり◎
二階もあるからホールは大変だ。
またゆっくり来たいと思います。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。

ここは串も料理もなかなかのとこだから重宝する
まずは、瓶ビールをっと……
最近、生ビールより瓶を選んでいる
しかも無意識に
私なりの新生活なのかも(^^;
串をお願いしながらビールをゴクゴクとしながら
今日のおつまみを眺めると「ほや刺」の文字が目に入る
そういやぁほやは大分ご無沙汰だったな～
一緒にすぐ酔っぱらう日本酒も注文する
瓶ビールの次に日本酒を呑んでいる
これも無意識に
これも新生活なのか(^^;
ほや刺しは柔らかく弾力があり甘味もある
これは美味しいと店主に伝えると色やつやが格別に良く仕入れたそう
店主は笑顔で話している
なるほど…目利きは鋭いようだ
新生活も悪くないなぁ(^^)
