仕事がお休みの日、近所の居酒屋さんで食事をする事が多い私とパートナー。
この日は、行こうと思っていた居酒屋が閉まっていたので、以前から気になっていたこちらに初入店しました。
最初に生ビールとハイボールを頼んで、お通しのもつ煮込みを一口、おっとこれはヤバい店に来ちゃった！
おいしすぎる！
最初の感想がお通しを食べてのそれでした。
ビールの後は数種類ある日本酒に切り替えて、串焼き天ぷら、ぬか漬け等いただきました。
本当に美味しいものを食べると思わず笑ってしまうものですが、こちらの料理はまさにそれ！
串焼きの火の通し加減が絶妙で美味しい…
たぶんこれからたびたびお世話になると思います。
