ランチの焼きそば(大)とご飯大盛りをいただきました。
麺はパリッともちっとで新感覚！
非常に美味しかったです。
ツマミ食べすぎてメインは同行者のを一口頂きました。
茹でた細麺を鉄板で焼き目をつける。
かなりパリパリでスナック感がある。
ソースの感じと卵が合います。
