池袋から少し歩いたところにあるこちら。
タクシーでワンメーターほどだが、行きの片道はタクシーのレシートをお会計時に提示するとタクシー代分を割引してくれる。
⬛︎4種刺し
鳥刺し、とりわさ、といったメニューを見かけることは少なくないが、こちらの鳥刺しは
・レバー
・ハツ
・砂肝
が低温調理ではなく生のお刺身でいただける。
かなり貴重なお店なのだ。
レバーはぷりぷり食感がありつつ舌触りなめらか、レバー風味は牛より控えめで食べやすくも旨みしっかり。
ハツはレバーよりさらに臭み少なく、さらにぷりぷり食感。
砂肝はコリコリ。これは癖になる。
・ささみ
も湯引きで4種盛りに含まれる、こちらは珍しくはなくともクオリティは高し。しっとりなめらか。
⬛︎じゃがバター(塩辛)
塩辛ののったじゃがバター、好きでよく食べるのだが、マヨトッピングは初。酸味が強すぎなくてほどよくておいしい。塩辛も臭みがなくておいしい。

けっこう塩気が強くてお酒がすすむ。

こまかめのかつおぶしがたっぷりかかっていて美味しい。これからは卵かけご飯にはかつおぶしをかけようとおもった！
あ、ちなみにドリンクはトマトマというサントリーさんのリキュールのソーダ割がおすすめです。トマトサワーみたいな感じですが、トマトサワーよりトマトの味が濃いです。ほんのり甘いですが、リキュールにしてはかなりさっぱり。
