逆に、高々500円のパスタだからこそ言いたくなる。
所詮ファミレスだとか、所詮サイゼだからとバカにすると、本来は見えるモノも見えなくなるような気がするのである。
サイゼよりも格安のパスタ麺をイオン系のアコレで大量買いしている食べログ「3.5」オーバーのイタリアン店を僕は知っている。
さてこの店、JR板橋駅東口資金のサイゼである。
明治9年に永倉新八が建立したとされる「近藤勇墓所・新選組隊士慰霊碑」の並びでもある。
徳川贔屓の京の家で育った人間には感慨深い場所でもある。
お店はごく普通のサイゼである。
ただ、そこそこ混み合っている中、席移動の希望など、親切に対応していただいた。
「スープ入り塩味ボンゴレ」(500円)＋「ガーデンサラダ」(350円)＋「セットドリンクバー」(200円) ーー 写真の通り。
最初にサラダが到着する。
「ルーコラ、にんじん、トマトコンカッセをトッピングした野菜を楽しむサラダ」とされている。
オリーブ＆ビネガーのドレッシングで、野菜そのままの味わいを楽しむ。
イタリアン無知の人間には、言葉から新しい。(笑)
350円のサラダとして、素材勝負の味わいにしている、その潔さを讃えたい。
スープパスタ。
塩っぽい味わいにコンソメごく少々的な雰囲気のスープ。
パセリを味わう感じにガッツリとまぶしてある。
そして、何故に500円でこれだけの量を入れるコトができるのか不思議なぐらい大量のアサリ。
洒落じゃないが、アッサリしていてなかなか美味しいと思う。
ただ、量からしてやや飽きる。
なので、辛味調味料を試してみる。
サイゼはハラペーニョ系が無いので、甘口タバスコのようなホットソースか唐辛子フレークになるが、唐辛子フレークがよく合っていた。
ピリリとしたアクセントに淡い塩スープ、合わないハズがない。
その組み合わせで最後まで楽しんだ。
ドリンクバーからは、僕のサイゼでの常套手段で、山ぶどうジュースをガンガンお代りして飲む。
あと、サイゼのコーヒー、何気に美味しい。
格安ドリンクバーなのに、なかなか。
ごちそうさまでした。
