板橋駅から徒歩3分のジビエ料理を中心に様々なお肉が楽しめるお店。板橋駅ってこれまで降りたこと無かったですが、このお店が降りるきっかけをつくってくれた！お誘いに感謝です♡

吉祥寺にある予約困難店『肉山』で修行を積んだ方が独立してオープンしたお店。牛肉や豚肉はもちろん、ラム、鴨、鹿など普段あまり食べる機会のないお肉までいただけます！

・お任せ塊肉コース(4,800円)
楽しみにしてたジビエ料理。まずはじめにその日使用する食材を舟盛りで持ってきてくれるのですが、それがもの凄い迫力！！その後の料理が余計待ち遠しくなります。お肉はお店の方が焼いてから運んできてくれるのですが、それぞれ違った味付けで楽しむことができ、どれも臭みが少なくジューシーで美味しかったです。ジビエ好きな方はぜひ訪問してみてください♡
