朝ラーメンを ということでこちらのお店に。
土曜9時過ぎの訪問で待ちはゼロ。席は埋まっていました。
独創的な限定ラーメンも気になりますが、初来店は必ず券売機の左上。特製中華そば を注文。
とても具沢山で楽しみです。
スープはシンプルな鶏系の醤油。無駄のない洗練された味です。油っぽさはないので、朝からでもスッと食べれますね。
麺はプリっとした感じの中太麺。雲吞も餡がしっかり入っていて食べ応えがあります。
ボリューミーな見た目・食べ応えですが、塩味が押し寄せて来ない優しい感じがあり、するすると食べれます。
懐かしの中華そば という感じもありつつ、お店の特徴が感じられるトッピングの良さもあり
というラーメンでした。
独創的な限定ラーメンも食べてみたいです。
