ランチで西巣鴨。
板橋から歩いて。
お洒落なお店。店名は使わない漢字です。
熊本に本店があるとの事。
目当てのカレールー付きのつけ麺を。
魚粉入り豚骨スープとモチモチ麺で滅茶苦茶スタンダード。
案内通り半分食べたら麺にかなり濃いカレーかけてを絡めます。麺にかけるのがポイントと。
つけ汁にもつけて。
オウ！完全にカレーうどん！
案外辛い。
割り箸じゃないので、はねるの危険。エプロン正解。
ご飯も合いそう。
後半の方が圧倒的に好きだが、最初からカレーつけ麺ではダメなんでしょうか？
