池袋探索、今日はこちら。駅からはけっこう離れて立教大の方になりますが、人気店ですね。チェーン店と聞いていたのであまり期待盛り上げずに訪問したのですが、結論から言って非常に良かったです。
注文したのはこちら。

レバー刺身は綺麗なピンク色に仕上げられて、素材が良いのでしょう、臭みが全く無くて上品な甘さ。串焼きも同様です、レバー好きじゃない人にも食べてほしい。
チレはあまり出会えませんが大好きな部位です。濃厚な味はもつ好きには納得の逸品。カシラもねっとりとした肉肉しい歯応えある仕立てで嬉しい。このアブラ串はトロトロのまさに液体に近い感じ。のどがしら、こころのこりはコリコリとした食感で良いアクセントに。どの串も最高の焼き加減で提供されます。
また、ホッピーセットが破格の安さで、しかも、なかを頼むと私の好きな濃さだと2杯行けて、ホッピー一本で3杯取れる絶妙なジョッキの大きさで感動。セット→なか→セット→なかで、はい出来上がりました。
他のお客はもつ鍋を召し上がってる方が多かったです。もつの良さから想像すると絶対美味しいやつでしょう。今度は連れ立って来てみたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
