Note: 中本初体験。「数ある旨辛メニューの中でもトップクラスの辛さを持つ「北極ラーメン」」（2021.9: 26）でなくとも、かなり辛い。タンメンならではの炒め風味は後景で、趣向は奇抜なのにバランス良く感じられるところが不思議。とくに麺がものすごく好み。なるほどこれは中毒性あるなあ
