酒にこだわりがある店
利用は五六回。招待のためにも一度使った。地酒にこだわりのある店で狭い店内を二層にして収納を増やしている。やや暗い照明が落ち着かせるが、もっと明るくててもいいように思える。
地酒は純米酒が多くそれがうれしい。開店は午後5時からなので、当方は午後4時から飲み始めることが多いので、どうしても利用は少ない。結局年に1、2度ということになっている。

今夜は、大山駅串焼 げん 大山北口店で、5人で飲んだあと、もうちょっとということで、男3人でお隣のここ泉（せん）に。「げん」genと「せん」senなにやら似ているが、特に関係はない。
ここでは、一人は焼酎専門ということで、二人で純米酒。ここは銘柄が多い。
連れはフロアーの女性が気にいったのか、前掛けの「松尾」が気になったのか、いろんなことを聞くが、応対はなかなか、若いものの高齢者相手に如才ない会話であった。
お通しと、お刺身だけで、気持ちよくお酒がすすんだ。
銘柄は
作田（特別純米）青森
澤姫（純米）栃木 これは黄金色
一生青春(純米）福島
どれも旨い酒。
いつも新潟出身の飲み仲間と揉めるが、ここは新潟の酒がないことがなにより。（これは意識的であろう）
新潟出身のその彼に言わせると、越後は米どころだから酒が美味いというが、それは真逆。
コシヒカリなど飯米と、山田錦に代表される酒米とは全く違うものということが分かっていない。
今日の連れはそんなことはなく、酒の選択でも意見が一致。
ここは、前に来たときには暗い照明だったが、改装されて相当明るくなった。
これは感じがいい。
合計３人で5190円だった。
