混雑はいやだけどせっかくの連休どこかにおでかけしたいと板橋近辺の商店街でも散策しようという日の昼食です。
最近人気の町中華へ挑戦しました。
ネットの情報ではまだ開店時間前でしたが暖簾が出ていたので入店します。
すでに常連さん1組が昼から一杯やっていていい雰囲気です。
レバニラとオムライスを注文です。
レバニラは中華らしい香りとみるからにしゃきしゃきのもやしがおいしそうです。
味は期待通りの中華欲を満たしてくれる濃いめの味付けでご飯が進みますが多めのもやしのおかげでさっぱりといただけます。
オムライスは意外にもふわトロ卵のデミ掛けタイプで見た目最高！
なかは中華なケチャップライスでチャーシューを細かくしたものが入っています。
デミグラスに浸ってしまったトマトもトマト卵炒めのようでおいしくいただけます。
これは町中華にはまりそうです。
