お昼に炒飯を食べに行って来ました
店内には色紙やいずれかのスポーツチームを応援しているような写真などが飾ってあります
これぞ街中華と言わんばかりの店内です
注文は鉄板の炒飯です
こちらのお店に来たらまずは炒飯でしょうと言われた
炒飯の上には、定番のグリーンピースか２粒が光っています
このグリンピースの存在はは未だに謎
たまごにハムにと王道の具材が使わている
最近のラードをふんだんに使ったパリパリとは違うしっとり系に食感だった
ゆっくり噛みながら火の通ったごはんを味わう
王道の街中華の炒飯です
お値段は安めでした
