予約は3名からで、2名以下の場合は、15分前に連絡して席が空いて入れば、確保してくれる。
カウンターに着席。
ほぼ満席。
昼から空いているので、限定メニューは一部欠品。
○釜揚げしらすサラダ
たっぷりのしらすにさっぱりドレッシングが○
○カキフライ
甘くジューシーな牡蠣。
カキフライ自体久々だが、今まででも指折りの旨さ。
オススメの一品です。

レバー…中はレアでレバー独特の臭さはない
程よい火の入れ具合のおかげだろう。
こりゃ美味い。
ハラミ…一般的なハラミより弾力があり、美味
タン…コリコリした食感。美味い。
せせり(限定)…ラスト一本を頂いた。
ジューシーでプリプリとした弾力が○
つくね…今まで一番美味しいつくね。
脂の多いがクドさはなく、脂の甘みが
口いっぱいに広がる。
○モツ煮込み
あっさり目のモツ煮。
もうちょっとしっかり味の方が好みかな。
○レバーパテ
パテ自体はあっさり目。
添えてあるマーマレードとの相性が抜群でオススメ。
酸味と甘みが程よいアクセント。

どれも美味い。そして、安い。
