前から気になっていた、こちらのお店に金曜日の開店17時を狙って入店いたしました。
前もって口コミをインプットしていたので、雰囲気は掴めていて、開店直後の空いている時間に入店した次第です。
まず生ビールを注文！こちらの生ビールはハートランド生ビールらしいです！
今までハートランドの瓶ビールは飲んだことありましたが、生ビールは初めてです！
でも違いは分からず…恥ずかしい…
ハートランドの瓶ビールは「美味しーっ！」とか言って飲むんだけど、いかに普段は、居酒屋などで何も銘柄も気にせず生ビールを飲み、味覚が麻痺しているのかと思うと、自分が寂しくなります…
まず刺身が食べたいと思い、ハツ刺しを注文。そして焼き物として、シロ、レバ、タンシタ、カシラアブラを注文しました。
まず刺身が食べたかったのですが、レバが焼き上がったようです。
味噌味のレバ。若焼きです。
生でも食べられるような新鮮なレバだと分かります！ただただレバ生が駄目な御時世だと涙を飲みます。
次にシロとタンシタがタレで焼き上がりました。
ウムウム！美味い！さすがは秋元屋系だて満足しつつ、生ビールをオカワリだ！
そして大好きなカシラアブラが塩で焼きあがったようです！
カシラアブラは、野方の秋元屋さんで一番好きな焼き物！テンションも上がります！
美味いです！ジューシーで味わい深くて旨味が口の中に広がります！このお店では、カシラアブラ必注だと思います！
生ビールからホッピーに移行し、肉巻きトマト、自家製つくねを追加しました。
肉巻きトマトのトマトが秋元屋さんより大振りに見えたのは気のせいでしょうか？個人的にはトマトは火を通した方が甘みが増して美味しいと思うので、これは大好きな逸品です。
そして、つくねも美味しかったですね！
ジューシーで肉汁が染み出す濃厚な鳥ミンチの食感も抜群です！
そして〆に煮込み玉子入りを注文させていただきました。
これも定番でしょう。いろいろな部位が入っていて、味はもちろん、食感の違いも楽しめて良いですね！
そして、やっぱり煮込みは玉子入りにするのが、このお店では正解でしょう！
唯一の難点を言えば店内が狭い事でしょうか。カウンターは12席なのですが、かなり間隔が狭く、隣の方と密着状態になります。ただこれは昔ながらの居酒屋では定番かもしれませんがね。そして、ボクが入店したときは、周りは常連客が多かったようで、一見の客からするとアウェイ感を感じるかもしれませんね。
