大山の有名パティスリー
夕食後のデザートを購入しに利用。
車で行くと川越街道の登り線からのアプローチして少し入った場所。
店には駐車場が無いが、近くにいくつかコインパーキングがあるのでそこに停めて店に入る。
日曜日の午後に伺ったが、雨だったせいか余り混んでおらず、ラインナップも充分に揃っていた。
店舗は広く、生ケーキ、焼き菓子、チョコレートとどれも豊富。
今回は、生ケーキ
モンブラン、ショコラクレーブル、ムラングシャンティキャラメル、フロマージュクリュ、カフェブロンドの6つを購入。
モンブラン、ムラングシャンティキャラメル、カフェブロンドを食べたが、モンブランは少しリキュールが強かった。
ムラングシャンティキャラメル、カフェブロンドはメレンゲの焼き菓子にコーヒークリームやキャラメルでケーキを形どった一品。
どちらも基本的な味は変わらないが、ムラングシャンティは、生クリーム強め、カフェブロンドは、スポンジが挟まれていてしっかりした造り。
どちらも価格以上の価値のある美味しさ。
珈琲ともとても合い、食後に幸せなひとときを提供してくれた。
是非、再訪したいお店。

妻へのお土産を購入する為に立寄る。
こちらの店舗は、大山駅近くにあるが商店街からは少し離れており、買物ついでという感じではなく、ここを目的にくる方ばかりで賑わうお店。
この日も何組か先客が来ていたが、予め電話で目当てのムラングシャンティは確保して置いてもらった。
家に持ち帰り紅茶とともに食べるが、やはりかなりの美味しさのケーキ。
サクッとしたメレンゲの焼き菓子にキャラメルクリームが良く合い独特の食感と味。
他の店舗でも極たまに見かけるが、個人的にはここのムラングシャンティが一番の好み。
来店の際は食べて欲しい逸品。オススメです。
