本日も『王』と共にラーメン街道まっしぐら
東武東上線のときわ台にて待ち合わせ。
本日のお目当ては『麺屋宗 肉そば総本店』さん。
初めての来店ですが何だか今日は『塩』の気分。
って事で特製肉まきそば（塩）をpush。
さぞかし肉々しいオーラで登場するかと思いきや、何と美しいビジュアルなんでしょうか…
まずはスープ。
スッキリとしていて味わいも豊か。
特筆すべきは具材のメンマ‼️
ラーメン道に入り一年弱の若輩者ですが、5本の指に入る程の感動を味わいました。
ライスとの相性は抜群でしょう‼️
※次回はライスpush確定
そして麺。
細麺だが歯応えもあり肉とのバランスもサイコーなんです
箸がススムススム
気づけば『王』より早く完食しておりました。
またひとつ、ときわ台に来る楽しみが増えました。
