ときわ台に用があってきました。15時過ぎでちょっと小腹が空きました。滅多に来ないのでサーチ、サーチw
肉そばヒット。早速。
肉まきそば？というのを注文。塩味にしました。
すぐに着丼。細麺です。スープキレイ。生姜がのっています(…でもすりおろしではない感じ、チューブぽいなぁ)
スープはあっさりしながらコクもあります。
細麺がちょうどいい感じ。肉は…そうですねぇ、期待では大きな面のがくるのかなぁと思っていたら、なんと無く細切れというか、ちぎれた端材を集めた感じみたいで…なんとなくがっかりしました(変な時間だったのでランチの余りでも集めたのかなぁ…って感じちゃいました泣)
でもスープ、麺のバランスが良くて美味しく食べられました。機会があれば再チャレンジしたいなぁ
