金曜日の19時頃訪問、先客3名。カウンター席のみ、席間隔は狭めで、仕切りのパーテーションが無いところも。
食券制で特製肉巻きそば980円を購入。醤油と塩から選べますが、オススメだという醤油をセレクト。
5分とせずに着丼。別皿で特製トッピング(増量メンマと肉)が来る。千円切ることを考えればそれなりにお得。
スープ：全体的に甘め、個人的には好み。
麺：歯切れの良い中細麺。硬さも丁度良い。
肉：薄切り肉。スープに浸ける前提なので、単体ではほとんど味はない。肉そばを名乗るだけあり、たっぷり。
メンマ：こちらも甘めの味付け。穂先メンマなので柔らかめ。
味玉：黄身がスープに溶けださない程度の硬さ。
その他：トッピングに生姜。辛味要員か？
甘めな味付けは好みが分かれそう。
客層はやはり男性メインだが、女性の一人客もちらほら。
