[1 minute walk from Tokiwadai Station] Tokiwadai's popular Ramen shop's signature menu is "Niku Maki Soba"! !
We have `` Ramen, Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), Mazesoba (Soupless noodles), seasonal menu'' and more. Please see the official Twitter for the latest information. |
Ajitamagi Nikumaki Soba 880 yen Rice (free refills) 100 yen The bowl and soup were both piping hot. The soup had a slight sweetness. You serve the rice yourself from a big pot. The rice was normal. Now, Ramen. There were two bamboo shoots. They were crunchy and had almost no bamboo shoot smell. (They do taste like bamboo shoots!) They had a strong sweetness and flavor. The eggs were already cracked. They were a little small. They had a sweet flavor of the seasoned egg. I like how the white part is well-defined. The green onions were not spicy or smelly, but a little dry. The bean sprouts were not fishy and were crispy. The pork slices were a low-boiled type with no flavor. There was almost no seasoning, but they weren't smelly. It seems like you wrap the noodles around them and eat them, but it was really delicious to eat them with the bean sprouts underneath! There were various explanations of the seasonings written on the table, but I couldn't really tell which were on the table and which weren't...! The staff didn't come out much from the back of the kitchen. When I entered the restaurant, I was so far back that I didn't even notice! I guess they were busy with work! There was only one other customer besides me. The rest were a group of 5 or 6 students who had finished eating and were chatting away. It was a counter-only restaurant, so I guess the customer base wasn't that great for me.
