大山にあるプリックタイさん。
先日、病院の帰りに訪れたらまさかの臨時休業＼(^o^)／もう一件別のタイ料理屋に移動するとそちらもタイに仕入れ・研修の為、臨時休業中。
ならばと他の店に移動したら今度は店が無くなっているではないか＼(^o^)／
本日も絶好調!!とはこういう事か!!なんて日だ!!
と言う事で日を改めて本日やってきた訳です。

自分はカオソーイセット、旦那は迷いに迷ってグリーンカレーとガパオのセットに決め、ドリンクは二人ともアイスコーヒーにした。
いただきます♪
カオソーイの揚げ麺はベビースターのように細かく、麺として食べるのではなくトッピングとして楽しむ感じで、その他の具は箸で持った途端ホロホロと儚く崩れてしまうほど柔らかく大きなチキンが２つ・紫玉ねぎ・高菜・小ねぎ、そして味変用に別添えのレモン。
麺は普通の太さの中華麺で、たっぷり入ったスープはクリーミーだけどさらりとしている。
各テーブルにはカトラリーが配置されているのだが、麺が箸で滑らぬよう割り箸を一緒にセットで出してくれてこういう気遣いはとても嬉しい。
メニューでは何も記載されておらず、おそらく小ライスだろうと思っていたらミニチャーハンが付いてきたのはラッキー♪
生春巻も野菜たっぷりで美味しかった。
旦那のセットのグリーンカレーも具だくさん、ガパオには白身がカリカリの目玉焼き(カイダオ)も乗っていて美味しかった。
食べ終わりの頃合いを見てアイスコーヒーが運ばれ、菱餅みたいなビジュアルのデザートと一緒に頂くとうっすら塩味なのが面白く、多分白いのがココナッツミルクでピンクのは何だ？すいか？だとしたらうっすら塩味は納得…と思って調べたらウンガティと言うデザートで、ピンクの方ではなくココナッツミルクの方に塩が入っているのだそう。
へぇ～、またひとつ賢くなったワ(んな訳!!)。
デザートとドリンクが付いたとってもお得なランチセット、他にも色々食べてみたいな(^^)
