初めて降りる街。行きに、この蕎麦屋を見つけたので、13時すぎくらいに、立ち寄る。
客は誰もいなかったが、奥に行こうとしたら、入り口付近の席にするよう言われた。
店員さんは、物を置く時も、お茶を入れ直す時も無言。
その点は感じ悪いと思った。
なめこおろし蕎麦を。
せいろと大根おろしとなめこと三つ葉の入った小鉢とつゆ徳利。
蕎麦はまぁ普通。
でも、つゆがすごく美味しい。
蕎麦とのバランスがすごく良い。
蕎麦湯をもらい、つゆは飲み切ってしまったくらい。
大根おろしとなめこにアクセントの三つ葉が良い。
この辺りでは、安心安定な、美味しい街蕎麦屋さんではないでしょうか。
