上板橋のそば処 中村庵で、五目中華を。
住宅街のちょっと大きめな通り沿いにあるおそば屋さん。メニュー見るまではカレーうどんかかつ丼でも食べようかなって感じで入店。
メニューを見たらラーメンメニューもあったので、五目中華にしてみた。
練り物やら伊達巻きとかそば屋らしいラーメンだね。甘く煮たしいたけとか普通のラーメン屋とか町中華では乗らないし。固めなももチャーシュー、こういうのが良いのよ。
そば屋のラーメンって、浅そうで浅くないから探求心がそそられるわ。
