店内カウンター席の一角に陣取り、まずオーダーしたコチラ↓
分厚く柔らかな煮豚スタイルのチャーシューの表面をこんがり焼き上げ、茹でモヤシを下敷きに供される、その名も「絶品チャーシュー盛り」からの、小海老／ベビーホタテ／チャーシュー／なると／メンマ／玉子／ネギetcと炒め合わせたフワッとしっとりタイプで仕上げに刻み海苔を散らして運ばれてきた冒頭の「五目チャーハン」も酒肴兼〆炭代わりにキーンと冷えたビールをグビグビッと！
