場所は大山駅から5分ぐらい。
商店街を板橋方面に真っ直ぐ進んだ先にあります。
到着して生ビール（神泡）で乾杯し肉たちを注文。
ジビエ4種盛り（2切れずつ）は猪、羊、鴨、鹿、でした。
それぞれ別々のタレや塩をつけて食べます。
どれも柔らかく、クセはあまりなく食べやすいです。
七輪で焼きながらというのがいいですね。
タレはトリュフソースが群を抜いて美味かったです。
おつまみ3種盛りはポテサラ、ピリ辛もやし、名前忘れましたがネパール料理とのこと。
ネパール料理はカレー風味で食べやすいです。
盛り合わせにはちょうどいい量。
和牛ユッケッケは炙った肉に卵黄。潰して絡めて食べたら言わずもがな美味いです。
黒毛和牛うちももの塊焼きは焼かれた状態で提供されました。
ちょうど良い火加減で赤身が美しい、、、
その他写真撮り忘れましたがにんにくタン焼きとミノも注文。
ブツ切りにんにく牛タンは、整形時に出る部位で筋が多く少し硬かったですが、にんにく聞いててつまみには良し。
上ミノはしっかり処理されて大ぶりなのに柔らかく旨いです。
他にも気になる肉もあったのでまた行きたいです。
ごちそうさまでした。
