I went to a meat shop in the Yuza shopping district of Daisen! I've been here many times, but I haven't written a review, so I'm going to post one. Inside the store, there is a counter on the first floor, and table seats on the second floor. Smoking is allowed on the 1st floor. The meat is generally grilled on a charcoal grill, but some meat is grilled by the staff in the kitchen. This time I ordered the meat to be grilled. Depending on the meat you eat, they will give you salt, spices, etc. The smoked soy sauce and salted seaweed when I ate the thighs were especially delicious! All the meat is exquisite! I ordered the red meat type because I like red meat! The lamb tataki had no smell at all and went well with the onion sauce. The grilling was done to perfection and the meat was grilled to maximize its flavor!
