平日ランチタイム。初めて来た店。何にしようか店頭のメニューを見ているとどこかで見たブタのイラストが。あっ!?これ「いのこ」のブタだ! 後で調べたら姉妹店とのこと。
野菜ラーメン/醤油/細麺/並 900円 を注文
「ご飯どうしますか?」「じゃ半分だけ」
こってり豚骨醤油に野菜はシャキシャキ。デカいチャーシューも存在感ある。ほうれん草と海苔も乗ってて見た目は家系っぽいけどちょっと違う。
卓上には ホワイトペッパー、ゴマ、魚粉、唐辛子、酢、ニンニク、辛子高菜。色々試しましたが魚粉はいいアクセント。辛子高菜はラーメン屋のそれにしてはかなりウマい。ビシッと辛くて酸味も効いてる。ライスによく合います。
