東武東上線の大山駅を右に出て、線路を渡ってすぐを左折する。
少し行くと右側にこの店はある。
蕎麦は一種類で、もりとかけがある。
表の立看に本日の蕎麦が書かれていたが、とりあえず自販機に書かれているもりを大盛りで注文した。
店主一人のため、配膳や後片付けはセルフとなっている。
蕎麦は粗挽きでやや太く、エッジは立っている。
切りむらは目立たないがは端切れはいくらか出ている。
蕎麦の味と香りはあまり感じられない。
薬味はネギとわさびで、わさびは良くない。
辛汁は甘目で、良くできている。
手打ちそばを破格の値段で提供している。
ただし、蕎麦の味はこの時期を加味してもあまり感じられない。
八代そばという500グラムのもりそばがある。
とりあえず、蕎麦を腹いっぱい食べたい人にはうってつけのお店だ。
