YouTube『黙飯』で紹介されていたお店。
そばは当然ながら、肉が美味しそうでした。
肉せいろか肉皿を食べようと思い訪問。
月曜日19:15頃訪問。
すんなり入店。カウンター席へ。
券売機で食券を購入。
・肉せいろ 1,000円
店内はとてもキレイで清潔感があります。
お水はセルフサービス。
店内は次々とお客さんが来店。
一気に席が埋まっていきました。
ほぼ全員男性、1人や2人客でした。
5分程でそば到着。
そばは見た目が美しい。
早速つゆに絡めて食べます。
麺はモッチモチ。つゆとも相性良し。
つゆの中の角煮はホロホロ。
とても柔らかく縦に難なく切れます。
脂身も美味しく、余分な脂はカット。
つゆにもしっかり染みて美味しい。
そしてつゆも奥深い味わい。
初めてつゆが美味しいと感じました。
最後はそば出汁を加えて完飲完食。
また美味しいそばに出会ってしまいました。
