お店の外観や内装は新しく、花も飾られていて、気持ちいい感じです。メニューも含めて、西麻布や青山辺りにあるような雰囲気です。
このお店の推しは店名のとおり唐墨だそうです。唐墨の四種盛りでは、マグロの唐墨など違った味わいが楽しめます。お酒の友三種盛りは、酒盗や自家製ツナなどがセットで、ローテーションして摘むと相乗効果を感じます。日本酒が好きな方などはこれだけで、一合、二合、呑めるのではないでしょうか。
白身の刺身は熟成感があり、ベースの和食としてしっかりしていると思われるのに加えて、コンフィや卵黄ソースなどフレンチのテイストのメニューもあり、ノーマルの和食では物足りない時でも楽しめると思います。
焼き立てどら焼きという気になるメニューもありました。
気軽にちょっとしたお洒落な飲みができるいいお店だと思います。
