東武練馬に気になるガチ中華がオープンした。
ブックマークしてたけどいくチャンスがなかった。
家族も出掛けていていないのでこりゃ〜行けちゃうね。
と言う事でえっちらおっちら自転車で東武練馬まで。
お店はもうちょっと東武練馬駅側かと思いましたが、だいぶ手前でした。
鄙びた北町アーケードショッピングセンターがそのまま残っている角にお店はありました。
早速店内へ。
先客は一人のみ。ビール飲みながらつまんでらっしゃいました。
空いていた小上がりに着座します。
さてメニューを見るとランチは特になくてグランドメニューからチョイスしていきます。
ここは羊肉専門店だから、ラム肉のクミン炒め、それとラムの水餃子と白ごはん（少なめ）をもらうことにしました。
１０分強待ってお料理が出てきます。
お料理の量は思ってたより少ないかな〜。
さて一口。
比較的味濃いめでちょっと課長さんが気になる感じ。
クミンももうちょい強めかと思いきやマイルドでした。
とは言え玉ねぎとピーマンのシャキシャキ感が良い感じです。
ご飯は少なめにしましたが、料理の量からすると、それでも多い感じですね。
そして直前に包まれた水餃子はラーメンスープに入っていて、これも味が濃いめ。
中国の北東部料理は塩分が強いというイメージだから、そうなのかもしれません。
そういった意味でガチな味わいだと思います。
こちらではスパイシーなラムの串焼きを頼んで、濃い味付けの料理をつまみにビールをガンガン飲むような使い方が正しいんだと思いました。
自分は家からちょっと遠いのでわざわざ行くことはないかな〜とととｗ
