久々に物理出社した4月下旬某日、既にだいぶ今更感があるが一応年度初めってことで仕事終わりに軽く飲みに誘われた帰途でぷらっと途中下車してハシゴしたタイ料理「スティダ」＠大山にて
大山駅南口斜向かいの雑居ビル3F、旧「ルアンマイ」跡地に2023/3/16オープンの今回の新店でチョイスしたのはコチラ↓
恐らくデフォルトでは日本人向けに辛さを加減してるだろうと勝手に想像して「ペッペッ！」(「辛い」×2)コールでオーダーしたところ、かなりガチな激辛仕様で炒り米「カオクア」 や各種タイハーブの風味好い一皿が運ばれてきたラープ・ムー（豚挽き肉のハーブ和え）に加え、ホールのオネエサンと親しげな雰囲気でタイ語が飛び交ってたんで恐らく店舗関係者？な隣の現地人テーブルに後から合流した方が持参の自家製と思しきネーム（過去ログを遡ると「イム・サイアム」でネーム・クルックとして食べたのが直近だけど単体でも美味いタイソーセージ）もチョイと味見程度にお裾分けしてもらったりしつつ、キーンと冷えたビールをグビグビッと！
