In Tokiwadai, where you have to cross a railroad crossing to get to the other side, this grilled hormone shop opened right on the south side of the railroad crossing. It's an open, neo-Heisei-style restaurant, and it's very busy. I visited on a Friday night around 8:30. It's crowded with customers coming in at about 85% of the time. We shared a table at a large table near the entrance. There are table seats and I think the atmosphere is nice. Shichirin grills are prepared at each seat, and although the smoke is not very rich, it does have a certain smell, so be sure to use the plastic bags provided. The store has 2-3 staff members on each floor. Although the movement was good, there were some staff members who were not quick to respond. I'm sure you're busy, but I hope you stay cheerful. The menu is cheap, with motivational hormone mix starting at 390 yen. I asked for the hormone mix, throat fly, and gutsushi. For drinks, a highball was available for 190 yen at the opening service. Gatsu sashimi is a refreshing snack with plenty of seasonings. The hormone-mixed meat certainly looks fresh. I guess Lever, Gatsu, and Geara are the main ones. There are quite a lot of them. However, since the liver is cut into small pieces, there are a lot of pieces to heat, and it takes a lot of effort to turn them over. I can't rely on it because it seems like it's going to break. As for the taste, when you mix the provided sauce, miso sauce, and spicy miso, it has a rich and punchy taste with a moderate sweetness.Although the meat is tough except for the liver, the sweet fat of the meat was just right. It was so popular that there was a wait even after 9 o'clock.
