日曜日も12時30分頃来店。
先客1名でした。
店内は細長く、パン屋さんのようにおにぎりをトングでトレーに移すスタイルです。
ちなみに現金のみの決済でした。
おにぎりは全てふんわりとした握り具合で、お米一粒一粒がしっかりと感じられます。
不思議なことに米やのりがあまり手に付かず、
お米がなるべく粘りが出ないように炊き上げられている感じです。
しゃけおにぎり 190円
・白ごまがアクセントになっています
・しゃけの塩味はしっかりめでした
ちく天カレー 200円
・出来たてだったので頂きました
・ちくわ天のカレー味がとても美味しいです
とりマヨ 220円
・ピリ辛の唐揚げがまるっと入っています
・キャベツの千切りとマヨネーズの相性も良いです
具材ももちろんですが、お米の炊き方やおにぎりの握り方にこだわっているお店だと感じました。
