川越街道から下赤塚駅に向かう駅前の通り。
線路を渡るとこの店がある。
年越しそばを食べようと訪れたが、大晦日と言うこともありアルコール提供がない。
せっかくだから冷酒で蕎麦を食べたい。
断念して戻ろうとするとテイクアウトを販売していた。
生蕎麦とゆで蕎麦が売られていた。
いつもなら生蕎麦を買うが、面倒なのでゆで蕎麦とえび天を購入した。
持ち帰り缶ビールを飲んでから、えび天はレンジで軽く温めて、ゆで蕎麦には日本酒をかけて馴染ませてかは頂く。
もちろん冷酒を飲みながら。
えび天は大ぶりで酒にも蕎麦にも良く合う。
蕎麦も日本酒で馴染ませたので食べやすくなった。
そして何と言っても汁。
鰹だしの汁は蕎麦屋ならではの美味しさ。
次は店で食べて見よう。
