店内やメニューなど、牛繁にしか見えないが、よく見るとかるび家 牛繁。よく見ると牛繁カルビは国産牛になっていて、牛繁のレベルアップ版ということらしい。桜ユッケやユッケジャンラーメンはマストで牛繁と同じクオリティーのように感じるが、牛タン、牛繁カルビ、ハラミなどはとても良い印象を受ける。炭火焼きというのが素晴らしい。味噌系の内蔵系を炭火で炙りながら生ビールで流す、という人類の幸福を気軽に味わえるという、なんとも贅沢な話で素晴らしい。
子供用のおもちゃもあるようでありがたい。
もう少しかるび家を展開して頂けるとありがたい。
