This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in the bar district across National Route 254, commonly known as Kawagoe Kaido, after leaving Narimasu Station on the Tobu Tojo Line or Narimasu Station on the Tokyo Metro Subway. Actually, I've stopped by this restaurant once before, but I was refused entry because it was "full today." It was empty on this day, and there was only one customer at each of the two tables. A young woman was sitting at the counter, but she was working on something, and she seemed to be a clerk. I sat at the counter seat closest to the entrance. After looking at the menu posted on the wall and thinking about it, I ordered three Grilled skewer and a draft beer. The man in the kitchen asked me, ``We don't have fresh shiro today, so would you mind if I use boiled shiro?'' and I said OK.・Draft beer (480 yen) ・Kaku highball (400 yen) ・Nama shiro (150 yen) → boiled shiro (130 yen?) ・Kamireba (180 yen) ・Hatsu (130 yen) ・Otoshi (300 yen?) Otoshi is Small dish of offal stew. It's surprisingly voluminous, with small pieces of meat from various parts and even tofu. The spicy flavor makes the drink go well. Three Grilled skewer ordered. The first one is "Kamireba". The toppings are chopped green onions and grated garlic. The liver is only seared on the surface, so it feels almost rare. The texture is plump and chewy, which makes it very delicious. It's a dish that makes you want to order another one. Next, "Shiro (sauce)" and "Hatsu (salt)" were served on one plate. I was a little worried about the smell of the heart, but the taste was delicious. It's a pity that they didn't have fresh shiro, but the boiled shiro is chewy and delicious. It's also delicious when eaten with the miso sauce that came with the plate. Delivery people often come by, but if the inside is not crowded and empty, I think it's a place where you can relax and have a drink. Not only was the taste of the food served great, but the smile and customer service of the young female staff working at the counter was also great. This is definitely a store that you must visit again.
