I had the salted tongue, skirt steak, and several kinds of innards, and they were pretty average. The salted tongue had a lot of tendons and some parts were difficult to chew. The innards also lacked flavor... I thought it was a little pricey for this quality. The tsutsumina did not drain well, and the soup felt like they had just put rice from a rice cooker into the soup. There were several lumps of rice in the soup... I felt like they were not motivated. Maybe because there were few customers, the restaurant was not lively, and the staff were not very energetic either. Not really...
