最寄りにもあり、不定期ですが、何度か行っていることもあり久々に行ってきました。

様々な種類のもつとねぎ、豆腐の組み合わせ
味は濃すぎず、薄すぎずのちょうど良さ。
もつのホロホロ感がたまらない味わい。
途中で七味をかけて味の調整も可能。
お酒が進む味わいです。
焼き物はやきとん、やきとりをチョイス。
塩、焼き加減がちょうど良い串物は熱いうちにいただきます。
添えられた自家製の味噌につけても美味い。
残りわずかですがまた行こうと思います。
