2019年最後の投稿です。
この日は仕事納めで仲の良い社員同士での忘年会でした。成増駅から数分歩いた場所にあり、多数の居酒屋が軒を連ねる所にあります。
予約した同僚からは鉄板焼きと聞いていたのでお好み焼き系のお店かな？と思ってたのですが、行ってみたら賑やかな居酒屋。
サラダ、枝豆、切り干し大根が出て、ちりとり鍋のスタンバイ。浅めの層の鉄板の上にはキャベツ、もやし、玉ねぎの野菜の他に、もつや豚肉が盛り盛り！！味噌をベースにしたスープと一緒に煮込みます。
濃厚な味噌の出汁ともつの旨み、そしてシャキシャキ野菜が美味しい！！寒い冬にもってこいの味わいでした。白米、うどん、中華麺から選べる〆は、鍋が二つあったので白米と中華麺をそれぞれ選択。旨みが溶け込んだ出汁が白米と中華麺に染み込み、これまた美味い☆
そして、ダイナマイト牛ステーキは豪快でしたが、味は・・・こんなものでしょう（笑）

今年は昨年一昨年よりも訪問件数が減りましたが、色々なお店に出会えました。そして皆様の投稿からも沢山の情報を頂きました。感謝です！！
美味しいものは人に笑顔や感動を与えます。
