This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in a bar district in a back alley from Narimasu Station. When you enter the restaurant, it has a wood-like atmosphere, but the layout is a little strange so I didn't know where to sit. There were no directions, so I just sat at the counter seat against the wall. When I looked at the menu, it looked like it was all about Steak, and there were other meaty items lined up as well. This was the second time I had eaten this day, and I wanted to have a quick drink and go on to the next one, so I chose the ``Gochamaze Hormone Half'' (583 yen). You could choose between miso or salt for seasoning, so I chose salt. For the drink, I chose the "Big Lemon Sour" (650 yen). After ordering, I heard the sound of grilling offal from the kitchen behind me. The smells come in the air and I get excited. A pile of offal was served on a plate shortly after. As the name suggests, it contains various parts. The seasoning is a little salty, but it's the perfect seasoning for alcohol. It's well-cooked, voluminous, and above all, delicious. You can eat a whole plate with just one big sour.
