駅からも少し距離のある閑静な住宅街のバス通りにある焼き鳥のレストランです。
焼き鳥屋というには、かなりこだわったおしゃれな空間で、煙は充満しているけれど、どことなく洗練された雰囲気があります。中央にあるオープンキッチンでは煙もくもくで焼き鳥を焼いています。
週末ディナータイムに直前予約で伺いましたが、7時半ごろからどんどん席は埋まって満席になりました。
お酒にもこだわりがあるようでワイン推しです。ボトルでも割安で元が取れるので、2人で2杯以上飲むようであればボトル注文がおすすめです。
焼き鳥もどれも焼きたてを一本ずつ持ってきてくれるので、ジューシーで熱々を食べられます。
焼き加減も絶妙で、かなりきちんと修行された技術を持っていると感じました。
この手のお店はとても好きなので、また近々お伺いさせていただきたいと思います。
