成増駅から歩いて15分ほど。
静かなバス通り、ほぼ住宅街のようなところにぽつんとある焼き鳥屋。
と、思えないような素敵な内装と雰囲気で驚いた。
コンクリート打ちっぱなしの壁に、銀のダクトもいい感じ。
一方テーブルとカウンターチェアは温かみある木製。
さらに注文はタッチパネルでできてチェーン店のようなお手軽さ。
組合せの面白いお店でした。
ネギ間、手羽先、つくね。
肉の柔らかさとしっかり焼かれた絶妙な火加減で出していただいて、
ビールと一緒に焼き立てを食べれて幸せ。
ささみのさび焼きは、半生らしく中の方がふにゃふにゃと柔らか。
わさびはがかなりつんと来ました。辛いの好きな人はおいしいだろうな！
他にも野菜串を何本か。
マッシュルーム肉巻きは、マッシュルームがふかふかジューシーでおかわりしちゃいました。
なす一本焼き出汁合わせ串も、ナスがジューシーで香ばしかった。
カツオ節たっぷりで、かぶりつくのが最高でした。
〆に頼んだ焼おにぎりは、無料でいただけた鳥スープで流しました。
最後まで満足度高い。おいしかった！
お酒のラインナップが充実していて、
ビールはキリン生ビールの他、日本のクラフトビールやシメイ、日本酒、シェリー酒まである。
カクテルにレッドアイあるのが、個人的にとてもポイント高い。
さらにグラスも色々な種類があって、たぶんお酒好きでこだわっている方がいるようです。
店内はカウンターもテーブルも、8割くらいの席が埋まり賑わっている。
お一人の方から女性同士、ちびっ子連れのご家族もいらっしゃった。
焼鳥美味しいし、おしゃれな感じで、飲みに来やすいんだろうな。
