特製辛つけ麺 1250円
チャーシューが美味
スープも美味しい
味玉はもう少し半熟だと嬉しい
熱盛にしたら思ったよりも麺が柔らかかった
器とれんげの色が変わってた。
相変わらず美味しい。
特製背脂醤油つけめん 1,130円
2022年の初回訪問。
背脂たっぷり&塩分高めな欲望に忠実な一杯。
分厚いチャーシューとトロトロチャーシューも美味しい。
濃厚魚介豚骨味噌ラーメン
普通に美味しかった

混んでるかと思いきや先客2人
川越本店が人気のため入ってみた
一口目、ん？ちょっと薄い？
でも食べ進めるうちにこれがいいんだ、という気に変わった。
旨い。
スープを飲み干すほど良かった。
最後まで熱かった。
麺が、つけ麺の麺をそのまま入れた感で、もっと違う麺が合う気がした。

大盛り100円増
並盛りでも十分満足な量でした。
太麺で食べ応えがあり、満足。
ご馳走様でした！
頑者の坦々あえ麺が大好きです。
定番メニューのお店もあれば限定メニューのお店もありあれば必ず頼みますが今まで食べた中でナンバーワンに出会いました。
麺の茹で具合、トッピングの量、味付け。。
...
出てくるのが遅いし、魚介のスープは濃厚だけど食べてるとちょっと飽きる。量は多くて悪くない。
