先日の「HUNGRY」と同じ裏道沿いに店を構える「キッチン E&M」＠下赤塚にて
料理写真付きの卓上メニューを一通り眺め、今回オーダーしたのは表題のコチラ↓
塩コショウで下味が付いてる薄衣のカツに濃厚なデミグラスソースを絡めて美味いポークカツレツ／キャベ千サラダ／ナポリタンのワンプレートと
セットのライス＆味噌汁
そして、食後にはランチタイムサービスのコーヒー(or 紅茶)も付くポークカツレツセットをガッツリ平らげ、ご馳走様！
そういえばカツをデミグラスソースで食べたのって今は無き「親味」以来かな
